Unique Men’s Underwear will make every effort to ship orders quickly – normally the same business day,-but 24-48 hours in some cases when our shipping department is full with Orders. However, for merchandise orders out of stock, your order may take up to 2 weeks to complete.
All customers with out of stock orders will be notified via email.

All orders shipped within the United States will be sent via USPS First Class/Priority Mail Service with Delivery Confirmation. This service is economical offering speed and reliability.

NOTE: P. O. Boxes….when entering your BILLING and SHIPPING information in the CHECKOUT process,- LEAVE OFF the P. O. part and just put BOX and your box number as our CHECKOUT SYSTEM will not accept P. O. Boxes, but WE DO ship to P. O. Boxes and it will go through this way.

So, no worries, just ENTER 1.) BOX and 2.) NUMBER leaving off the P. O. part.

NOTE: We ship our packages with a nice Tropical “return-address” label with our web-address AND physical/mailing address on this small label.  Should you require more DISCREET delivery, please let us know and we can place ONLY the following: UMU- 6929 JFK Blvd, Suite # 20-233, North Little Rock, AR  72116 on the Return Address part, but we MUST at least place this in case of the U.S. Postal Service attempting to return the package to us due to a wrong address, etc.

We do NOT accept checks.  Money Orders are only 0.60 cents at Wal-Mart, etc.

SIMPLY: Total your items by each price,  Subtract 10% OFF,  ADD $6.50 for shipping for U.S. Orders!! ($12.50 shipping up to your dollar amount per our RATE CHART for shipping for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) INCLUDE your SHIPPING ADDRESS and also your EMAIL ADDRESS, You’re DONE!!  Mail it to US! with your Money Order and we do the rest and send you an ORDER and SHIPPING EMAIL CONFIRMATION!

Returns:

Due to government guidelines regarding health safety, we are not allowed to accept any returns. We apologize, however, we must follow the laws of the United States.  Stores that DO accept underwear/swimwear related Returns have to “trash” them. (At least they are suppose to do so.  Pairs exposed to the physical bodies of others are NOT  to be re-packaged and/or re-sold!)
