Shipping & Returns
Unique Men’s Underwear will make every effort to ship orders quickly – normally the same business day. However, for merchandise orders out of stock, your order may take up to 2 weeks to complete.
All customers with out of stock orders will be notified via email.
All orders shipped within the United States will be sent via USPS First Class/Priority Mail Service with Delivery Confirmation. This service is economical offering speed and reliability.
NOTE: We ship our packages with a nice Tropical “return-address” label with our web-address AND physical/mailing address on this small label. Should you require more DISCREET delivery, please let us know and we can place ONLY the following: UMU- 6929 JFK Blvd, Suite # 20-233, North Little Rock, AR 72116 on the Return Address part, but we MUST at least place this in case of the U.S. Postal Service attempting to return the package to us due to a wrong address, etc.
For U.S. domestic orders we OFFER a FLAT RATE at $6.50 no matter how much you order!
For International Orders we OFFER reasonable rates based upon the quantity you order starting at $12.50.
NOTE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES ” TOTAL SHIPPING COST ” WILL BE CALCULATED AT FINAL CHECKOUT, but will NOT SHOW UP at the INITIAL Order COMPLETION. This is all calculated at FINAL CHECKOUT.

Returns:
Due to government guidelines regarding health safety, we are not allowed to accept any returns. We apologize, however, we must follow the laws of the United States. Stores that DO accept underwear/swimwear related Returns have to “trash” them. (At least they are suppose to do so. Pairs exposed to the physical bodies of others are NOT to be re-packaged and/or re-sold!)
